Counselling Support
Our Registered Counsellor creates a safe, supportive space where children and young people feel heard, understood, and supported to navigate life's challenges. Using a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and play-based approach, she draws on Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to build confidence, resilience, and practical skills for everyday life.

Therapy Assistant
Our Therapy Assistants implement therapy programs and services under the guidance of our OT or SP and provides feedback to therapists about client engagement and responses.

Support the development of fine and gross motor skills through fun, purposeful activities.

Help children build regulation skills by using sensory strategies that support participation in everyday activities.

Develop executive functioning skills such as planning, organising, following routines, and completing tasks independently.

Support communication, language, and early literacy through play, storytelling, conversation, speech activities, visuals, and AAC where appropriate.

Help children build independence with everyday life skills such as dressing, toileting routines, simple meal preparation, and exploring new foods.

Encourage confidence in play, school readiness, friendships, and participation across home, school, and community.

Act as a valuable link between the therapy room and the classroom, helping children use their therapy strategies in everyday learning and providing feedback to the therapy team.
