Busy Brains is a brain-powered adventure for kids aged 6-12. An innovative, interactive program where curious kids explore their emotions, energy, and everything in between, with the help of Buddy, our animated brain character.
When children understand their brains, they begin to understand themselves
This isn't just a course.
It's a brain-powered adventure.

Who is it for?
Does your child struggle with big emotions, sensory overwhelm, or just not knowing why they feel the way they do?
Meltdowns or shutdowns that seem to come from nowhere
Difficulty calming down once they're dysregulated
Sensitivity to noise, touch, crowds, or change
Big feelings they can't name or explain
Energy levels that swing from flat to 110%
Feeling different, without understanding why
You're not alone and neither are they. Busy Brains meets kids where they are, giving them the language, tools, and understanding to feel seen and in charge of their own inner world.

My Why
As an Occupational Therapist in rural Australia, I kept seeing the same story.
Waiting months for a paediatrician. Finally getting answers, but leaving with a diagnosis and not much else.
Starting medication, but nobody giving their child the tools to go with it.
Finding an OT who gets it, but the ongoing costs making it impossible to continue.
And through all of it, a child just trying to make sense of themselves in a world that never slows down long enough to explain. This is where I see a child's confidence plummet.
We live in a world that pulls us constantly outward. Busy Brains is about turning inward, helping kids understand their own brain and body, name what they're feeling, and build a toolkit that's theirs to keep.
Because that knowledge shouldn't be gatekept behind a waitlist.
